Vikingaheimar.Com contains relevant information about the Vikingaheimar Museum.  Vikingaheimar is a relatively new museum in Iceland dedicated to expanding knowledge about Viking ships and their voyages to distant shores 1000 years ago.  It where you would find replicas of Viking ship Íslendingur along with exhibitions and components from the Smithsonian about Vikings and their ships.

This website has several sections.  Home contains general information about the museum’s operations.  The Ship tells about the history of viking ships. Vikingaheimar is open daily from 12:00 to 07:00 PM
Winter Offers the Following Entrance Fees:
For the General Public- 1000
Senior Citizens/ Disabled/ Students- 800
Children Under 14 years of Age- Free

Group visits are only required to book one day in advanced notice.
